Now that you’ve smiled at least once, it’s your turn to spread the stupidity and send this to someone you want to bring a smile to (maybe even a chuckle). We all need a good laugh, at least once a day!

1/3 cup Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup butter
2/3-cup brown sugar
1/2 cup rum
1 large pineapple, cut into quarters and core removed
Ice Cream (optional)

Combine Worcestershire, butter, brown sugar and rum in a 2-quart casserole or microwave safe bowl.

Microwave on high for 1 minute and stir well.

Continue microwaving for an additional minute and stir. Let cool completely.

Brush pineapple wedges with ½ of the sauce and place on a hot grill that has been oiled or sprayed with non-stick cooking spray.

Turn after 2-3 minutes and baste with sauce.

Serve with remaining sauce drizzled over the pineapple wedges and ice cream, if desired. (try other fruits, too)

Add tennis balls or dryer balls to your dryer.

They will speed up drying time and save you electricity.

“Housing affordability conditions have been at historic highs, but now the $8,000 first-time buyer tax credit is beginning to impact the market,” said NAR Chief Economist Lawrence Yun. “Since first-time buyers must finalize their purchase by November 30 to get the credit, we expect greater activity in the months ahead, and that should spark more sales by repeat buyers.”

Currently, borrowers applying for an FHA-insured mortgage are required to make a minimum 3.5 percent down payment on the purchase of their home. Current law does not permit approved lenders to monetize the tax credit to meet the required 3.5 percent minimum down payment, but, under the terms of the announcement, lenders can now monetize the tax credit for use as additional down payment, or for other closing costs, which can help achieve a lower interest rate.
