Smoothie - Vitamin Boost

Loaded with potassium and healthy carbs, this refreshing protein drink helps restore what an intense workout takes out of you.

1/2 honeydew or cantaloupe,
      skinned, seeded, and cut
      into chunks
1 cup strawberries, hulled
1/2 banana, sliced
1 cup Plain Yogurt
1 teaspoon honey

Place the melon, strawberries, and banana in a blender or food processor and process until smooth. Add the yoghurt and honey and blend just until mixed. Serve immediately.

Makes 2 servings (12 ounces each)
