Red Shoe Shuffle 5K Charity Event

If you and your family want a life changing experience then keep reading!

I’m hoping you will participate or  volunteer to help out at  the Red Shoe Shuffle?   The website is http://www.redshoeshuffle.com/ and it is a great website and a GREAT CAUSE!

Bring your kids (or other people’s kids) so they can really appreciate how lucky they are to have a home to go to each day and a bed to sleep in each night.  

The event is to raise money for the Monarch School which is one of only two schools for homeless children in the U.S. and educating these kids makes them productive members of our society and is truly a wonderful thing.   As a group, the kids really appreciate the education, caring, and support they receive from the school.   The Monarch School is the stabilizing anchor in these children’s lives.   Many of these kids go on to college with scholarships due to their academic performance, none of which would be possible without The Monarch School.   I would encourage everyone to come out and meet these kids and participate.   It will quickly help put your own problems and challenges into perspective.
