The Haunted Motel has a vacancy sign outside, but strange sounds can be heard coming from within. It sounded like something was calling your name. National Psoriasis Walk for Awareness     October 4

You’re welcome to join a nationwide walking event that focuses on bringing awareness about Psoriasis. Proceeds from the event will benefit programs and services for people inflicted with the disease. Trolley Dances 2008     October 4-5

A special touring event allows you to take a ride on the San Diego Green Line Trolley where you can sit comfortably and see professional choreographed dance performances at trolley stations along the way. Senior Citizen Art Exhibit     October 6-15

An art exhibit will be on display in the lobby of the City Administration Building for all to see. The entries are created by very talented seniors. U.S. Open Water Ski Racing     October 10-12

San Diego is the chosen location for a prestigious 3-day water ski racing event that will determine the National Champion. Walk on the Wild Side     October 11

Would you like to walk on the Wild Side? This 3-mile walking safari offers a rare opportunity to travel inside the San Diego Zoo in the morning before it’s open to the public and when animals are awake and active.
