Roasted Tomatillo Salsa

1 Pound Tomatillos, husks removed, cleaned
2 Jalapeno Chiles, seeded and de-veined
2 Cloves of Fresh Garlic
Sea Salt
Place the tomatillos, jalapenos and garlic in an ovenproof glass baking dish. Place them under a heated broiler for a few minutes, until they begin to blacken. Be careful not to allow the liquid released by the tomatillos to evaporate; it’s really flavorful. Place the roasted tomatillos, jalapenos and garlic in a food process or blender and process until well blended.
Season to taste with Sea Salt.
