4th Annual Ride for AIDS April 1
You can choose between one of three cycling courses. There will be a 10-mile cycle, 25-mile cycle, and a 50-mile cycle. These cycling courses can accommodate family, recreational, and competitive riders. Proceeds from this event will benefit HIV/AIDS research and service programs. 7:00 am - 1:00 pm. 1st Annual UCSD "Tritonman" Triathlon April 7
Would you like to compete at a triathlon with college students? The UCSD Triathlon Team is now welcoming non-collegiate persons to compete at this triathlon that will take place at Fiesta Island. The event consists of a 750-meter swim, 20K cycle, and a 5K run. It’ll be an extreme workout! 7:00 am - 10:00 am. Easter Sunday Paddle! April 8
Experience amazing views and abundant wildlife kayaking. NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY. If you can ride a bike, you can paddle a kayak! This is a guided, 2-hour kayak tour to the gorgeous La Jolla Sea Caves and through the fascinating marine paradise of the La Jolla Ecological Reserve. We end the tour with a wonderful ride through the gentle waves of La Jolla Shores — such a blast! We often see seals, sea lions and sometimes dolphins. Tours held daily, all year around.
