There are several factors one should consider when house hunting.

Here is #8 of 8: RELAX

Purchasing a home is a major event in one’s life. But, it’s not worth making yourself insanely crazy or become stressed. At the end of your house hunting day, kick your feet up and recap on what you’ve seen. Keep calm and think about the plusses and minuses of each property. Remember, there is no perfect property - there are always trade-offs. Put your experience in perspective, think about what is the most important criteria you would like in your new place and then go down the list from there. It can be fun and exciting - especially if you have a fun real estate agent working with you.
