Variety of Available Homes

The past few weeks I’ve been working with a variety of clients to find them homes.  Since the real estate market took-off a few years ago and became the buzz words around the Country the inventory was quite low.  It is fun to now be able to pick-and-choose a wider variety of homes for my clients to view.

We forget how the ‘normal’ real estate market was for many decades.  There were varieties of properties to choose from and it wasn’t imperative for the buyers to make a decision right on the spot or face losing the property to someone else who wrote an immediate offer…….

While I am continuously busy with my full-time real estate business, I kinda like not having to rush around as much.  However, I feel the real estate synergy coming back as more activity is beginning to happen in our market.

Our world has become so fast-paced it is difficult to ’stop and smell the roses’.  Yes, I’ll never forget the past years of how I would write offers on the trunk of my car or while sitting in a vacant house immediately after showing the property to my clients - but it is nice to have a bit more time in dealing with clients and to also be able to recharge my batteries for the next fast-paced go-around in the San Diego real estate market.
